How to Organize PDF Pages
Add Your PDFs
Drop one or more PDF files into the upload box. Every page appears as a thumbnail; add more files at any time with “Add PDF”.
Rearrange the Pages
Drag pages to a new position, or use the arrow buttons. Rotate, duplicate or delete pages and insert blank pages where you need them.
Save Your PDF
Click “Save PDF”. A new document with the pages in exactly this order is created on your device and downloaded.
Reorder, Rearrange and Combine PDF Pages
Scanned pages in the wrong order, an appendix that belongs in the middle, or a document assembled from several files? The Organize PDF tool shows all pages side by side so you can rearrange a PDF visually instead of typing page numbers.

Frequently Asked Questions about Organizing PDFs
How do I change the order of pages in a PDF?
Upload the PDF, then drag each page thumbnail to its new position. On touch screens, drag a page by the grip at its top edge. You can also use the arrow buttons below each page or Shift + arrow keys.
Can I combine pages from different PDFs?
Yes. Click “Add PDF” to load more files. Their pages are added to the end and can then be moved anywhere, so you can merge and rearrange PDFs in one step.
Does organizing a PDF reduce its quality?
No. Pages are copied exactly as they are; rotation only changes the page orientation. Text, images and vector graphics are not re-compressed.
What size are inserted blank pages?
A blank page is inserted after the last selected page (or at the end) and gets the same size and orientation as the page in front of it – A4 portrait if there is none.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Thumbnails and the new PDF are created locally in your browser. Your documents never leave your device.
